Biography

Mr. Henry serves as Chair of the Southern Illinois Workforce Development Board (SIWDB). He also serves as a business representative for the SIWDB, and Chair of the Executive Committee. In addition, as SIWDB Chair, he serves as an Ex-Officio member of all committees.
