Ms. Christina Carroll serves as a Manufacturing Representative on the Southern Illinois Workforce Development Board. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the SIWDB Employer & Economic Development Committee. In addition, Ms. Carrol is the Human Resource Manager at Continental Tire in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
